HO 1.424 fixes several problems:
Missing match downloads, wrong training information and the transfer scout player parser.
It also adds new features like the training block implementation, CSV player exporter and relative visualisation of rating differences in the TeamAnalyzer.

(we are very hopeful that the problem with the missing match reports is fixed now) - changed HO.sh to allow spaces in path name ($HODIR and $HOHOME)

- updates for several languages (thx -_duke_-, Chokky, LderMax, mikaelmd, Off_Line, Temur)
